It was a pretty emotional end of the day for me on top of wanting to eat the Mac and Cheese my son cooked the night before, fortunately I was able to stay committed to finishing my 10 day cleanse strong. At this point, I wanted to take a back seat to the emotions I was feeling and address why I was feeling this way to begin with. Sometimes we can get so wrapped up in what we think is going wrong in our lives, that we forget what's going right. That's why it is so important to operate in a state of continual gratitude daily. My goal ultimately is to purge my mind of the negatives that we all can face at times and fill it back up with some positivity and kindness with the use of affirmations because our own self-talk can become very damaging if not addressed properly. This I call cleansing the mind. The mind is a very powerful tool, that everyone should truly understand how to use. It's full potential is limitless. Here are some affirmations I have been using recently. They are my go-to if I start feeling down or begin to have negative self talk. It's all about having a healthy mind because that's fundamentally where the life we are all living beings.
